LIFE IS STRUGGLE

OUTLINE: Life is a long struggle... at every stage of life one has to struggle... struggle is the essence of life.... one has to struggle hard in order earn his own bread and for his family... life is not mere breathing.... no nation can can prosper without struggle...

God has so ordained our life on earth that it has to be a continuous struggle. We have to struggle from childhood to death. As soon as the baby is born it tries to adopt itself to its worldly needs. It cries for food and tries to move. This help the growth of its body.

So struggle i the essence of life. Wherever there is growth there is struggle. The trees that raise their heads high in pride of power, had to struggle hard against the fury of elements. Growth depends on resistance. When the river start at the foot of the mountain, it is no more than a small,almost negligible, trying to push its way on ward. It grows by its struggle

In case of a political party or religious movement too the reater the resistance it encounters, the more it spread. Resistance strengthens the determination of its followers and justifies its policies and programs.

But life is not mere breathing. We have here to explore the avenues that lead to the shrine of knowledge. Obstacles are to be boldly faced and overcome. We must not beat a retreat at every trial of strength. We must make our way through dangers and difficulties that seek to thwart us at every step.

No nation has ever prospered without struggle. Nation greatness depends on the ability and courage with which people can obstacles. The nation that cannot hold its own against other nation is as good as dead.

Thus we see that struggle plays a very important role in the life of individual as well as nation. The more one struggles, the greater becomes one's energy and vitality. It does not matter whether we succeed or fail, but we must continue our struggle to achieve our goal.
